Can I get more information or photos on any carpet, if I ask?

Yes, we will be happy to provide you with more photos or information about the rug(s) you are interested in.

 

Can I purchase a rug online and return it at your store?

Yes, you can buy rugs on our website and return them to our store if they don’t work.

 

How long do I have to return what I purchase?

If you purchase a rug on our website, you have 14 days to return the purchased item from when you receive it (not including shipping time).

Customers who visit our showroom can take rugs for a free home trial. After the approval period, all sales are final.

 

How soon do you ship what I bought, and how long does it take?

We usually ship within 24 hours from when you purchase, except for weekends and holidays. We are in Seattle, Washington; Ground shipping usually takes 2 to 10 days, depending on where you are, but it might take longer if you are in Hawaii or Alaska. We typically ship via UPSFedEx, or US postal service and email you the tracking number.

 

When do I get my refund if I return a rug?

When we receive the rug(s) back, we examine the return for any damage or stains and then refund your money to your credit card.

Please examine the rug as soon as you receive it and if there are any issues, let us know immediately.

 

Do I pay for shipping when I return what I purchased?

While we are happy to offer free ground shipping to you if, for some reason, you would like to return your purchase, we ask that you pay for the shipping back.

 

What should I do if I want to return what I purchased?

You can request a return on our website or email us at homarugs@homarugs.com and request to return. When we receive the rug(s) back, we examine the return for any damage or stains and then refund your money to the credit card you used for the purchase.

 

Can I receive my rug faster?

We offer free ground shipping. If you want to receive your item faster, don't hesitate to contact us (homarugs@homarugs.com), we ask that you pay for the extra cost of faster delivery.

 

How safe is your website, and what do you do with my personal information?

Our website is secure. When you use our secure checkout, all your information, including your credit card information, will be handled by the credit card processing company; we do not see or store your credit card information on our system.

We only receive your name, address, phone number, and email so we can ship what you purchased to you. We do not share or sell your information to any third party.
