Our return policy is simple. For on line purchases: When you received your purchased item you have 10 days to return it for any reason and have three months from the time of purchase to exchange.
Where a product is within 10 days of the purchaser receiving the item/s and a refund is requested, Homa Rugs will refund the original purchase price. All order cancellations before initial shipment will receive a full refund.
Upon receipt of the returned rug, we will inspect the rug for damages and a refund will be processed. Please email: email@example.com to initiate a product return.
In a rare occasion that a rug is found to be damaged upon arrival, customer has the discretion of either having us repair the rug or exchange it or receive a refunded.
please notify Homa Rugs immediately if the rug is damaged up on arrival. We might request a picture of damaged area to be email to us.
Once notified of a defective product we will be in contact to organize common couriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to collect the product on a day that is mutually convenient and agreed. Customers bear the responsibility of any futile charges that arise (where the pickup is booked but the consignment is not available for collection at the agreed time period).
Homa Rugs uses a professional courier service to deliver your product/s to your door. Products are shipped using UPS, FedEx or USPS. Upon arrival, someone must be present to sign for the goods unless you request for no signature delivery.
Tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to customers once the product/s have been shipped. If you require express postage or have any shipping-related questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Homa Rugs offers free ground shipping within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. If express shipping is requested the customer is responsible for any additional charges which will be applied. Any additional shipping charges due to express shipping will not be refunded in case of returned item.
All items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery time frames vary depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you with an estimated delivery date.
Homa Rug’s free shipping includes insurance against loss and damage on common carriers. This insurance is for our goods shipped to customers and does not cover the returned items. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back and insurance in case of returns.
Customer must be present to sign for the goods at their designated address. At the customer’s discretion and authorization, goods can be left unattended at the nominated address without the need for a signature. Customers who authorize an 'authority to leave' request, void their transit insurance and Homa Rugs or the courier cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage to the product.

Our showroom, located at 1216 First Ave. Seattle WA 98101 is open to the public Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM and Sundays from 12 PM to 5 PM.
Picking Up Your Purchase
Homa Rugs offers pick up service from our showroom located at 1216 First Ave Seattle WA 98101. Once you have made a purchase you will be emailed and notified when your Item will be ready for collection. Complete pick-up details will be provided upon purchase.
All prices displayed or quoted by Homa Rugs are in U.S Dollar. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are fixed at the time of sale.
Homa Rugs reserves the right to exclude a sale.
Unfortunately at this time, Homa Rugs does not ship products overseas. If you are outside the United States and your heart is set on an rug, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note additional shipping charges will likely be applied.
Coupon Codes & Promotional Sales
Coupon codes cannot be used on sale items already reduced or during sales/promotions. If a coupon code is used, the customer will be contacted and offered to make up the difference or accept a full refund at their discretion.
Prices are fixed at the time of sale where the product/s will be assigned to the customer. Subsequent fluctuations in price (that occur during a sales promotion or otherwise) after the point of sale, will not be retroactively applied to your order, whether the order has been paid in part or full. Customers are excluded from using the 7 day money back guarantee to re-purchase the same product at a reduced price.
