We will contact you with our trade discount percentage and provide you with a discount code you can use to purchase rugs on our website and in the showroom.
Our website collects sales tax on all in-state (Washington State) purchases; if you would like to collect and pay the sales tax to Washington State yourself, please contact us so we can process the order without sales tax using your resale certificate.
We offer Free shipping on all orders. Purchased rugs can be returned up to fourteen days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For greater Seattle area clients, we offer free delivery for home trial or online purchases.
